Description Pegfilgrastim is a hematopoietic drug, it is sold under the brand name Peg-Grafeel. It it used for the treatment of febrile neutropenia and to increase the survival rate in patients receiving myelosuppressive doses of radiation. It is a PEGylated form of the recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF) analog filgrastim. It serves to stimulate the production of white blood cells (neutrophils).
